These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in tours operated by Bali Moto Adventures. By making a booking, you agree to these terms in full.
1. Bookings and Deposits
A deposit of $1,000 per person is required to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance is due 60 days before the tour departure date. Bookings made within 60 days of departure require full payment at the time of booking.
2. Cancellation Policy
- More than 60 days before departure: deposit forfeited, balance refunded in full
- 30–60 days before departure: 50% of total tour cost forfeited
- Less than 30 days before departure: 100% of total tour cost forfeited
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellation.
3. Tour Modifications
Bali Moto Adventures reserves the right to modify itineraries due to weather, road conditions, local regulations, or safety reasons. In such cases we will provide a comparable alternative at no additional cost. No refunds are issued for itinerary modifications beyond our control.
4. Physical Requirements and Fitness
Participants must hold a valid motorcycle licence appropriate for the bikes provided and be in good physical health. You are responsible for informing us of any medical conditions that may affect your ability to participate safely.
5. Insurance
Travel and motorcycle insurance is not included in the tour price. Two options are available:
- Full-Risk Insurance: €250 — covers all motorcycle damage during the tour
- Refundable Security Deposit: €1,000 — returned in full if no damages occur
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering medical evacuation, trip cancellation, and personal liability.
6. Liability
Motorcycle touring is an adventure activity with inherent risks. Bali Moto Adventures takes all reasonable precautions for participant safety, including daily mechanic checks, experienced guides, and a dedicated support vehicle. However, by participating, you acknowledge and accept these inherent risks.
Our liability is limited to the cost of the tour in all circumstances. We are not liable for personal injury, loss of property, or consequential damages arising from participation.
7. Participant Conduct
Participants must follow the instructions of our guides at all times. We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behaviour endangers themselves or others, without refund.
8. Group Size
Maximum group size is 12 riders. This limit is strictly enforced to ensure quality and safety.
9. Prices and Currency
All prices are listed in EUR unless otherwise stated. Currency conversion for payment is applied at the exchange rate on the date of transaction. Bali Moto Adventures is not responsible for currency fluctuations.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any legal proceedings.
