Bali Moto Adventures respects your right to control your personal data. This page explains what data we hold and how to request its deletion.

What Data We Hold

If you have contacted us via WhatsApp or our website, we may hold:

• Your name and WhatsApp phone number
• Your email address (if provided)
• Tour enquiry details and conversation history
• Country and travel dates (if provided)

This data is stored in our CRM (Google Sheets) and is used solely to manage your enquiry and potential booking.

How to Request Deletion

To request deletion of all personal data we hold about you, send us an email with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" including your name and the phone number or email you used to contact us.

What Happens Next

• We will confirm receipt of your request within 5 business days
• Your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days
• We will send you a confirmation email once deletion is complete

Exceptions

We may be required to retain certain data to comply with legal obligations (e.g. financial records related to completed transactions). In such cases, we will inform you of the specific data retained and the reason.

Facebook / Meta Data

If you connected with us through a Facebook or Instagram ad, Meta may hold additional data about your interaction. To manage that data, visit Meta's data deletion page.
