1. Who We Are

2. Data We Collect

We may collect the following personal data when you contact us or interact with our website:

• Name and phone number (when you message us via WhatsApp)
• Email address (when you submit a contact form or newsletter signup)
• Country of residence and travel dates (provided voluntarily during booking enquiries)
• Name, email, phone number and trip preferences (when you submit one of our Instagram or Facebook lead forms)
• Device and browsing data (collected automatically via cookies and analytics tools, only after you accept them — see Section 8)

3. How We Use Your Data

• To respond to your enquiries and process tour bookings
• To manage our CRM and follow up on leads
• To send relevant information about our tours (with your consent)
• To improve our website and marketing performance
• To comply with legal obligations

4. Analytics and Tracking

We use the following third-party tools to understand how visitors use our website:

• Google Analytics 4 (GA4) — collects anonymised usage data. You can opt out via Google's opt-out tool.
• Meta Pixel — tracks conversions from our Facebook and Instagram ads. Governed by Meta's Privacy Policy.

5. WhatsApp Communications

When you contact us via WhatsApp — including after submitting one of our Instagram or Facebook lead forms, which hands your enquiry straight to WhatsApp — your messages may be processed by an automated assistant powered by Claude (Anthropic). Your name, email, phone number and conversation data are stored in our CRM to manage your enquiry. We do not share this data with third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with:

• Service providers who help us operate (e.g. payment processors, hosting)
• Authorities if required by law

7. Data Retention

We keep enquiry and lead data for as long as needed to respond to you and manage a possible booking, and for up to 24 months after your last contact with us if no booking is made, after which it is deleted. You may request earlier deletion at any time (see Section 9).

8. Cookies

Essential cookies needed to run the site are always on. Advertising cookies (Meta Pixel) only load after you accept them in the cookie banner shown on your first visit — you can reject them there instead, and change your choice at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser settings.

California residents: under the CCPA/CPRA you have the right to opt out of the "sharing" of your data for cross-context advertising, which is what the Meta Pixel and the audiences built from it are used for. To opt out, reject cookies in the banner, or email ride@balimotoadventures.com with "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" in the subject line.

Under applicable data protection law, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction or deletion of your data
• Object to or restrict processing
• Withdraw consent at any time
